Steps for upgrading to the next USAC category

1. Make sure you have enough points or mass-starts to go to the next level.
2. Create a "race resume" - a list of your race results. You can do this automatically using the race results analyzer
3. Go to your License Info Page on the USAC site and click the "Upgrade/Downgrade" link (or use the form on the right if you know your USAC ID)
4. Select your Category and paste in your "race resume".
